Winter is a great time to learn how to preserve food. Discover how you can make your own condiments such as Sage Wine Mustard and Singapore Dipping Sauce. Find out how to can in jars using safe, USDA approved, boiling water bath canning methods. Participants will make and take home their own jars of condiments.

Learn the basics of how a pressure cooker works and how to transform recipes into pressure cooker friendly recipes. Watch as the instructor demonstrates recipes for Beef Monterey (Mexican) and Risotto Made the Easy Way and enjoy tasting the outcome. Bring your own pressure cooker if you have one and have questions.
